We also protect your investment on install done by others by ensuring that your AV solution continues to meet your requirements throughout its lifecycle. Ongoing support is a vital component of the complete package we offer all our clients, which includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement where necessary and system upgrades to extend the solution lifecycle.
We build on the manufacturers’ warranties for the individual components that make up our AV systems provide a continuing service to ensure that your solution keeps on working for you. We can also provide full renewal of warranties on expiry, if required. Our AV maintenance service is also widely used by companies whose AV systems were designed by other service providers. Reactive – one of our service engineers will visit your site if something goes wrong with your system within a pre-agreed time frame, and provide a fix.
Pre-planned – preventive scheduled visits are organized yearly or half yearly , quarterly or monthly where our engineers carry out a full service of your system.
Fully managed – your system is supported by an service account manager, and you receive quarterly reports on the performance levels.
